Morning Greg

I have noticed that Greenline has improved a little
but by any standards its like watching paint dry if
your daytrading.

You mentioned
My old URL is automatically being forwarded to a new site. (scared me security wise at first) Distinct improvement.

Which server and URL is this?

I recently spoke to one of the Web guys at TD and told me that
they had just put 2 new servers online and that they have a new
web site coming out soon that eliminates alot of the load time,
much simpler to speed up access, should be out in Feb. some time.

To increase the speed at Greenline, I will place all orders for the next week at prices that will not be filled anytime soon. This gives the backroom boys the opportunity to ensure I have the stock or money as the case may be and that the account in question supports options or whatever. Then when the time comes and I know what price I want, I just change the order and it goes to the floor instantly (no further checking is needed at Greenline's end).

I started doing this awhile ago thanks to , but I can't remember
who - either Kevin Hamlin or Keith Massey. It has dramatically improved my order placing. That was an excellent suggestion from
one of you, Thanks again.

Best Regards

WB
