Stephen, Anyone who follows BKS already knows about the spinoff. Don't you think that the majority of the appreciation is already factored into the price of the stock ? I don't think that all the appreciation is in stock yet due to the risk factor of nothing happening. I personally think that the appreciation will happen after the spinoff if the new entity's share price takes off as expected. Ahmad
