Hey guys, got another tip re finding servers for the othernet.

Use "/links" or "/map" (leave out the quotes) once you are on an Othernet location and you will be given a listing of the full complement of Othernet locations available.

By using /links, you get a new "box" displayed next to your "Status" and channel you are using, i.e. "daytraders" boxes that reads "Links" and the "Links List" appears on your screen.

By using /map, you need to click on your "Status" box which displays the contents of the add'l Othernet sites.

It looks like there are 17 Othernet locations as of this AM. Yesterday I noticed there were 15 (looks like Fredonia, NY and Anaheim, CA may be new). This list may change often so it would be a good idea to update your IRC Server list periodically. 17 locations are up from the 8 locations I denoted in my last posting.

I also noticed that since my initial response for adding IRC servers, 3 servers are no longer active. They are the ones in Panama City, FL; Boston, MA and Tampa, FL. I've deleted those from my IRC server list but it doesn't hurt any to keep them in your list other than when you attempt to use one of them you will not be able to connect.

Rather than rehash the instructions for adding servers from my previous posting here, go to that posting by clicking here: exchange2000.com

Follow the same instructions for adding all these new servers; any problems, just post.
