If they go on the board then they must announce all material fact. They actually are more likely to be delayed by an increasingly vigilant OSC. They may not like to announce all fact right now as it may put them in peril ground or stock wise. I think some of the delay is permissory due to business manoeuvres. It's bad market too and dealing with the market makers can take time as they ratchet up the ante.
