I am not an accountant but do think it all depends on how you look at the numbers. For example:

"Gross profit for the quarter was $3.5 million, up 104.5 percent from the $1.7 million reported a year ago, and up 44.6 percent from the $2.4 million reported for the first quarter."

This will all come out in the wash eventually. I am happy and think we are looking at a high growth high margin business here, with plenty of cash to see it through the development period, and an aggressive sales team. I wonder what is the extent of their contract with MSFT, and if this will have any future effects.

I stand by my price target of $15 in 1997.
