I spoke with Marvin Maslow today on a number of issues pertaining
to PJTV. I asked and recieved answers to numerous questions I feel
you and everyone else will be interested in.
1] Marvin was emphatic stating "there is abolutely no way Dolgoff
has any patent right claims to DHT, nome."
2]He feels certain PJTV will win the patent dispute. Marvin claims
Dolgoff assigned his patent rights initially to the corp when
they had their IPO. He has assigned them each year thereafter.
The corp. owns those patents.
3] Dolgoff sold his stock issued by the corp. for $3,000,000 .
4] The DHT will be available by the end of March.
reason: The FCC has not yet approved their new shield design
for the projector. He said this is not a high tech problem
moreso a bureaucratic time frame. But it has delayed delivery.
This is the only hold up. Otherwise they are ready.
5]They expect FCC approval in 1 or 2 weeks. At that time they will
announce 1) delivery schedule 2) additional retail customers.
6]They still expect to fulfill 20,000 unit sales for 1997 including
delays.
7]The announced alliance with the marketing groups will allow the
independent retail dealers the ability to sell DHT.
8]He gave me the name to PJTV's attorney to dicuss the possibility
of a class action law suit.
Finally, he knows the stock is waiting for the product to be on store shelves. He states "this is our no. 1 objective".
