Mr. Pink - Ventas alert!!! This may be the least exciting story on this thread buy on a risk adjusted basis the absolute best! Ventas declared their first dividend last night - $0.39 . This annualizes at $1.56 which is a 12% yield with a 3% per annum growth in dividends. No one in Mr. Pink's world should have much cash around with this as a substitute. Stock should trade up to $18. or so along with the yield for a great total return.
