Let's see. Gap open to the downside on heavy volume on tues. Looks like the type of blowout to form a bottom, however lack of progress from management on Napiers' business plan could upset the trend which appears to be up. Risky territory but I would think management would want to build momentum ahead of the shareholder meeting Wednesday January 20, 1999. Why would anyone want to own CES when you could buy Napier for the same price AND get 41% of CES? I'm trying to dump CES but the liquidity is not there. If you like Napier at $1.50 you have to love it at $1.00. Beware of the 'boy who cried wolf', after awhile no one was listening.
