Can anyone shed any more light on the expected news? The messages here indicate it is huge news. Other messages say that if it doesn't go through Starnet goes back to being a shell company. If both of these statements are correct it would seem that the 'huge' news is part of the letter of intent for Starnet to aquire Click--a contingency. Is it Starnet that must deliver? The news of the intent to aquire indicated that negotiations are being made to open an office in Manhattan, and the news about B. Tapie indicates he has had an active part in the aquisition, travelling both to Tel-Aviv and New York. I interpret that to mean he encourages the aquisition. So, what's the problem? Mr. Bendov is said to be in New York now. Can anyone put this puzzle together? Thanks. Ted
