After a second read I know the value of this information!
(you'll see it in another reply). Imagine this scenario:

- On January 24 the stock traded 3$
- Now you see a form 144 coming in.
- for example 200'000 shares.
- you know the seller has to file form 144 prior to the sale.
- et voila 200'000 shares are sooner or later flooding into
the market...
