Greenline is a good example of "sitting on your hands" with regards to updating their system altogether. Problem is that WE Canadians don't "rock the boat" enough and demand change. The squeaky wheel gets the grease. Every single time I have problems with Greenline, I call them up and tell a manager of customer service what happened. If I don't feel satisfied that he/she understands my problem, I move up the ladder. Regards, Wisam
