I'm just about to go back and read some old posts on this thread, but I'll ask these questions anyways (since they are the "standard" questions everyone always wants to know).

How many outstanding shares does MCE have? Fully diluted? Float?

Does anybody know if the management of MCE has had prior experience with other juniors? If so, what kinsd of reputation do they have?

Any other info. would be great.
