All OOL new suckers
OOL is a loser from what I see, not a co. that is likely to suceed down the road. Stock price is purposedly manipulated(promoted few time) to the upside so the inside players could cash in at higher price but market will not go their way because market would not buy the story, they've to take whatever market has to offer. Once they push out all their papers to new suckers, game would be over.
