Berney: Agree 100%...I did the same thing..I flunked Groupthink 101. And value continues to sink. Bill has me convinced, too. I'm a broken bear. I've found I had all the right stocks early last year and sold way too soon...I can't believe the prices people are willing to pay for some of this stuff. Tho when the tide turns there will truly be a Kahuna...I don't see how this can end gracefully. I have been thinking that at some point the boomer crowd will move rather violently into "income" instead of "growth"so I've been looking for a bottom and reversal in REITs and utilities...and I've been buying these thinking it's OK to be early to the party when they're handing out dividend money.
