TO ALL, RE ZACKS: Zacks has two "ranking/ratings" which generates a lot of confusion. People use these two words interchangeably, but they're wrong:

1) "ZACKS RANK" is the "rating" Zacks gives a stock based on its proprietary system of earnings momentum (??? and I suspect stock price movements are also a factor because the XrXaXtXiXnXgX RANK - I TOO use the wrong word - moves TOO often without estimate changes/announcements).

2) Zacks also tracks brokerage house "ratings" and this is the "rating" SO MANY people confuse with a "Zacks RANKING". It is an AVERAGE of the brokerage house "ratings" with "strong buy" = 1, "buy" = 2, "hold" = 3 , "sell" = 4 and "strong sell" = 5 (Note: Merrill uses 1-5, other brokers have other systems, BUT Zacks puts them into their 1,2... catagories).

THUS THE CONFUSION HERE:
ZACKS RANKING = 5 (strong sell)

Average of brokers = 2.5
