Although they have filed a late 10K filing with the SEC, it appears there is enough good news to push up the price. Does anyone know why they are late? Is this a tactic used at times, if the company has things in the mill and it will look better if they get it into the 10K? Or is the period fixed where it wouldn't matter if they delayed it or not?
