I've seen a lot of hype in low priced stocks but these guys and our board posters have been right on the money. Everything that was projected, I don't like to use "promised", has come to pass. As far as why no proxy, my guess is that with enough control votes, they used what most states allow, i.e., a short form merger. If they have over a certain percentage, they can do it basically without the formalities. If someone objects, they could sue. Who in their right mind would object? Now all that is left is for the PR to start. If they push this to the $4 range it can get back off the BB and brokers will follow it.
