Dear Jim, You may know that several years ago Logitek was a NASDQ listed stock. Subsequently, in their wisdom, NASDQ changed the requirements for listing and de-listed Logitek as well as many other co's. We spent some considerable time trying to have them re-consider:to at least have the new regs apply to NEW applicants only. We were not successful and were relegated to the OTC (pink sheets)market. It appears to me that the new regs are not much different from those that caused our de-listing however I will re-examine them. As for Logitek, I believe that we are several years from a NASDQ listing however I do think that with our growth potential it is inevitable. One of the problems is that being on the OTC market does not get the co's progress and accomplishment much attention. It therefore presents us with the dual requirement of doing well consistently and trying to maintain a certain exposure to the market. The latter seems to be the bigger task.
