Tom you are paranoid. The buyer(s) are just more advanced than you and a day like yesterday when you and the other scared chickens run around like the fox was in the pen they lower their bids and get cheap stock. Nobody holds back any news. If you ever spoke to anybody but the janitor at ACTV you would feel through the phone that this has not even started yet, no one in ACTV's management is or has any reason to be "happy" with the stock price as long as it is below $ 15 and they know it. The right buyers are there, if you have any loose change and have for some reason not yet build your position up to what you want it to be then the time is now. BUY on any dips or just buy.
