ROFLMAO
I received no share. I paid for my shares just like all sharelolders you lowly scumbag

Why don't you fly down to Houston and visit TBS's facilities and speak with Charles McPhail and you may (I doubt it since God appears to have neglected to bless you with intelligence at birth) understand what TBS and what Charles is about.

Of course shares were "given away" prior to the merger as is the case with all BBs. what do you think MEGW has been surviving on and paying their bills with in their start up period. Their shares outstanding will not be unreasonable post merger.

As to why McPhail megeed with MEGW, he already addressed that in the shareholder letter that went out and that I posted.

Not viable? telephony comes on line this quarter.

What did we get out of the merger? How about a company with $20 million in revenues growing at 100% a year with a nice profit?

My friends all know I have no devious motive for posting here as you suggest with your slanderous accuasation that I am a paid promoter for the company (If you are lucky, I will not sue you for libel). My motive here is the same as suggesting that people look at HDIE at $3. To help my fellow investors
