This is an EM sent by Alex Nafanailov, President of LEAH, in response to some questions sent by a shareholder (not me). Apparently the transfer agents are getting too many calls and the company requests shareholders just let the transfer agents do their business. He asked that I post this.

Fire dividend along with a holiday period and a slow printer of
certificates. Combine this with the fact that the one transfer agent has been deluged with phone calls to the point were they cannot get work done and are now charging us extra due to overtime, delays happen. Please post this to avoid any further delays.

In regard to what is on the horizon, there is plenty. Shareholders
should appreciate we are building a company. Management time horizon is 18-24 months and then sell out to a major at a price that ttranslates to-day's stock price into equivalent dollars. If shareholders are impatient to come along for the ride, sell out, and I will tell you that management and friends are happy to buy at these levels.

One additional point, the Fire dividend is a gift to shareholders, who seem unappreciative of that fact. we also intend to spin out the
manufacturing division as a public company.
