i have a cable modem, and viewing SI posts is the rough equivalent of clicking TV channels... almost as fast, but not quite. i say this to annoy everyone who does not have a cable modem. how am i doing? <gg>

seriously, there are many things that may be affecting your pc's performance. but i'm guessing you are only having this prob on SI.
