Shares outstanding increased about 6 1/2% from the quarter ending 7/31/98 to the q ending 10/31/98. The convertible buyback was a token amount IMO. The reverse split did not decrease the massive dilution that has occurred over the past 2 1/2 years or so. We'll see if they deliver on their promises for the current quarter.

Aside from that, I was speaking in general in my post, not specifically to Osicom.
