I heard more definitively: tests were passed "with flying colors". Folks at Lenox very busy. Numbers, apparently, are almost but still not done. According to JP there's a sticking issue about how the patents are valued on the books, as patents are treated differently in Canada than in the U.S. So, as before, it looks that the numbers will be delayed from the date we were told. However, also as before, there's every indication they will be good. I now don't expect the numbers until mid-February. Stock seems to be trading firmly. 10,000 shares at Can$3. FWIW. -DT
