FWIW, I don't equate positive factual comments with hype and have never found fault with any of those. Hype, to me, has always been statements that aren't fact and are nothing more then pure speculation on the part of the poster and going around stating things like "This is the next big play everyone jump in". Bill, if you're honest, you know that I don't care for hype even when I'm long on a stock.
