OT. I have online accounts with Fidelity, E Trade, DLJ Direct and Chase. I find E Trade almost impossible to get through when something is happening in the market like yesterday for example. In fact when the TBR stubs where climbing the inability to get through and then waiting on hold for 30 minutes eventually cost me a couple of thousand dollars in purchasing the damn things at 1/2 after they had peaked at 1.5 and gone back down. DLJ Direct and Fidelity are somewhat better.
I would like to find an on-line broker where one get through to trade when the market is under strain and/or panic. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks
stevek
