Steve K, Eschwab has given me mixed service... as a whole their system has been reponsive enough. The 3 times I had to call them to execute/check trades when their on line was just too slow/timed out, I got right thru to one of the people on the team assigned (they have work groups per certain # of accounts). Worst case scenario, they have an office about 1 mile from where I work. They supposedly have another hundred million or so dollars they are putting into their online setup this month and they apparently have the greatest number of online traders. Their site needs to be redesigned so that all info can be tagged on 1 screen... supposedly reworking. Apparently all of the online brokerages have warts of some kind... The best thing about Eschwab is that, once the trades are acknowledged, the executions and confirms are done very promptly. Some weakness in the option trading, but passable.
