The bottom line is you know what's happening before the crowd. I doubt you will see a 144 for anything like that, at least for now. I'm amazed at the day-trading mentality of everyone here. These guys have stuck with the company to make something here. The private placement investors want an inside piece of the action with a 10% interest return and an instant 15% profit - as long as the company stays a float. 10% is a pretty nice return with a company coming out of the closet who just made some noise in Vegas. Then we have my post FOCUSED ON revenues, profit margins and company history. Look who shows up with a bunch of crap about technicalities regarding the POSSIBLE stock outstanding. The post was long enough as it was, I don't care is EVERY PERSON sold and the outstanding level rose to 20 million. The company has the cash and the their is no current need for an increase. The company sold Reg. S shares and registered them publicly - that says alot about the company right there. I wanted to call today, but I didn't have time. I will do it tomorrow. I would like to hear what they have to say. Like they say, when you deal with BB stocks, you deal with a certain type of investor - TOO BAD. Aloha
