all sexual harassment is about "sex". Oh dear!! Don't let me get deep onto this discussion. IMO True harassment is about power. However, I have seen boss and employee fall in and out of love. That was a bad mistake. The suit was settled before going to court. I have seen boss and employee fall in love. They married after divorcing their spouses. Office romances are not good. Rape is an entirely different topic. However, rape is also about power. It is about physical power. It has nothing to do with sex. Now I'm going to shut up. There are so many different circumstances and people involved in work and romance that not all things are what they seem to be. I'm just happy that I never got involved with anyone except my wife for the last twenty five years or so. NW
