Eddy,

With sooooooo much concern for the investors I have never seen a single
Shorter who expose criminals all day and night on SI, making any effort to point
in that quality direction. I wonder why.

I have several "virtual" friends on SI that, along with myself, work at exposing hypesters, crims, scams, frauds, etc. When we think we have found one, we short the companies stock.

Is this criminal? I think not. It is called an "efficient market".

Would it be fair to allow this immoral behavior to go unchallenged? (meaning the crims, hypesters, scam artists, etc)

Certainly not.

Market Makers and Specialists probably operate just inside the law. They almost have to because of the regulators and regulations. I know there are criminal MM's and Specialists, but sooner or later, a lot of them get caught. The real problem is the severity of the punishments. In most cases the crims just get a small fine, almost like a slap on the wrist, and go right back to work.

Are you working to expose crims, or shorters? If you are working to expose crims(criminals), shorters are your friends.

If you are attempting to expose shorters, add me to your list.

Have fun,
Phil
