Statistics was never my strongest urge, but I would have to say that if the core from each hole was properly sampled and not visually selected by that I mean if the dyke material was piled up and the quartered to get a representative sample and quartered again until you got down to the amount you wanted the sample should be pretty well representative. I just checked with the company where they are extremely busy as you can imagine and they confirmed that the drilling was done with HQ (66mm)thin wall core tubes so the samples are good sized for examination aws well as CF. Hope that helps
