thanks - I emailed their pr ... here's the response: ==================================================================== The A shares have one vote per share, but have a preferred dividend. That is, if we were to pay a dividend in the future, you'd get $0.02 more per share on the A than the B. The B shares have 10 votes per share. They both trade on the NASDAQ. I really can't suggest which to buy, that will have to be personal decision. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
