Hello Jim. And a 3% stock dividend!
This is unprecedented and one can now expect almost anything i.e. Management has just declared a stock dividend from a high-tech company in one of the fastest growing segments within the PC Industry.
Furthermore, a 3% stock dividend pretty much keeps an investor in parity with inflation. TMSR management, I believe, has just opened the doors for growth and income investors including mutual funds.
This now becomes a very attractive situation. Given its unprecedented nature, TMSR may attract significant attention, from the media, the industry to the street.
This appears to be a brilliant move on managments part, as TMSR should increase significantly, in theory, and will have to for any mutual fund to accumulate anything meaningful. And by declaring a dividend, again, TMSR has increased potential mutual fund investors from growth to growth and income. This, again, theoretically will drive the stock price enough to not only split the stock but allow TMSR enter into a more significant and less dilutive secondary offering, from which, TMSR can only emerge significantly stronger fueling its growth throught substantive and strategic acquisitions to, insure, at least, in the intermediate term, its dominance of this industry.
Congratulations and here's to the management and employees of Thrustmaster. Superior effort and work. |
