I have been disappointed with CU's lack of a move upwards in the last year and a half, but am holding for now. I think that CU has promise to continue its growth and will eventually have to move up with its continuing earnings rise of about 20-30%. I agree with you about CU's lack of volatility...SIER was a much more exciting play for short term trades on its huge ups and downs. I too, consider selling part of my holdings, but have not seen other places to park my money other than INTC which is already 30% of my porfolio.
