these sales aren't that significant (except for oolie's) and perhaps they're even options. it just doesn't give me a warm & fuzzy that we're gonna split anytime soon.

Comverse Tech Directors Combine To Sell 81,800 Shares

(NewsTraders.com)-- Three directors of Comverse Technology Inc. (CMVT) sold a total of 81,800 shares of Comverse common stock in December, according to Form 4 filings released yesterday by the SEC.
Kobi Alexander sold 65,700 shares between Dec. 7 and Dec. 9 at prices ranging from $65.00 to $67.50. Alexander continues to hold 235,314 shares on a direct basis.
Francis Girard disposed of 15,100 shares between Dec. 11 and Dec. 16 at $69.00 each, lowering his stake in the company to 59,415 shares, held directly.
Sam Oolie sold a total of 1,000 shares on Dec. 3 and Dec. 8 for $62.18 and $65.75 per share. He currently owns 83 shares of stock on a direct basis.
