These are the guys who do the VOIP, S0HO routers, Security and VPN products, Do you really think LU will dispose of this when it's on their own doorstep? I think not. A lot are ex-Bell Labs guys they'll find no problem working with their old colleagues. They will most likely benefit a great deal from the immense resources in the Labs. There are Three divisions based on the East Coast in Westford (CSCC) Marlboro (SRA) along with the EABU. Chambers rhetoric about the East/West divide was unfounded as the CSCC acquisition proved. He was pi**ed that they turned him down (remember they had a sizeable interest once) He will dust that comment off once more and be proved wrong again. Bill
