..if I may respectfully interject..it wasn 't Starr's job to be selective,overtly arbitrary and abusive in carrying out his mandate which of course will lead to his being found out eventually as being a most unfortunate and tragic selection for independent prosecutor. He clearly should have continued to serve the big tobacco companies where his skills, mousy insensitivity and lack of moral compass are more appropriately aligned.
