I have been told that there is still a big teleservices deal on the table and could be closed at any moment. I expect it to happen sometime between now and the end of January. I personally will very dissapointed if it doesn't happen by then. Of course if we see some other major announcement in the meantime I will be more patient on the teleservices end of their business.
