Hi Ron,

I feel it is "safe" to assume that most (or at least many) government central banks, reflecting upon past history, will not "allow" a full-fledged deflationary spiral. However, due to length and depth of the current shell game, there is always the possibility that even their best efforts to reflate will fall short, a la Japan.

The likely net result: a particularly virulent form of world-wide stagflation.

Don't necessarily count on any "bottoming" action. The reflation will occur preemptively. Like it is right now. :o)
