Randy, I'm NOT in the Legal profession, but I can tell you that your sentiments of 'going after the Basta_d' for False claims, and suing him through Stockholders Actions -- are ill-fated, to say the LEAST!! Dolgoff (?) is NO LONGER associated with the Co -- and therefore has no obligations to their Stockholders. In fact, he can say whatever he wants to about the FIRM -- and make ALL kinds of wild-ass_d claims about their operations!! As long as he does it VIA a legal action!! He can NOT be held liable for any damages he causes to the Co. or its' stockholders, no matter how slanderous his claims. He will be Liable only for his legal costs -- if he loses his case in Court!! Improper dismissal -- is a Federal Issue -- and even if he looses the Co. will not be able to re-coup their damages!! Not even their Legal defense costs. If his CASE is NOT rock solid .... his only motivation is to SETTLE out of Court -- for whatever PJTV feels it's WORTH to put this case to bed --Quietly!! Cases like this, as you may know, can be dragged on for YEARS ... in OUR Courts!! Legal Defense Costs can approach astronomical COSTS. It will be interesting to SEE how PJTV views their options --- PAY OFF now --- or drag it out over yrs and FACE losing the use of Royalties during the interim, while watching their Legal Bills accumulate!! IMO it doesn't have MUCH to-do with RIGHT and WRONG!! It will be more directed with doing BUSINESS --- in the LEAST COSTLY manner. Pleasant thought ---- Ehhhh??
