I've not done too much looking into the STB because it just seems to be a very low margin item. Also, I find I am a very poor judge of the retail consumer because I work beside my TV, on my computer, all day long. I like to keep my computer work completely separate from my TV, TV is my entertainment, the computer is my living. BOCI might make some money with their retail STB because, as I said, they have been selling low tech modems at a cheap price by keeping the costs low. I doubt their quality because when I owned the stock I tried their modems and found them to be sub par compared to US Robotics and Hayes, we ditched our BOCI right after we sold our stock and went and bought US Robotics modems.
