opened feb puts on

HPC hercules
LYO lyondell chem
MAH hanna (ma)
=TOUGH PRICES SEND CHEMICAL COS.' 4Q EARNS BELOW '97 LEVELS

hopefully earnings will be bad and forecast not so good.
global economy is not going to improve is it?
