(ORCL)45 5/8 -1 9/16: Gruntal & Co. maintains "buy" rating on developer of relational database software products and raises its 12-month price target from $41 to $55; new price target represents a forward P/E multiple of 40 times projected 1999 EPS estimate of $1.36 a share; issue currently trades at less than 34 times estimate, which represents a discount to its peer group; company should also benefit from the boom in Internet commerce and a strong new product cycle.....(SH990112130010) as according to analysts. look up ibd and tell me RSI accumlations etc... i would think u would report back positve results even though stock is negative. it is under heavy accumlations.
