Egad-- no caffeine or smokes? Do you drink alcohol? I start the day with two Bloody Mary's and two pots of Costa Rican coffee. Smoke a pack of Reds. Then at Noon I drink my quart of Jack or ET. Mix with 7-Up or water. (Water if I am on a diet.) Open 2nd pack of Reds. Then after the bell I have my martini's-- splash some vermouth in the glass, swirl, pour out remainder of vermouth, insert olives, cover with ice, pour 3 shots of Beefeaters, shake by hand-- and Da da-- the perfect martini..... Open last pack of Reds. How can you trade your life savings without a little of the good things in life?????
