450pm..cnbc thinks more money heading out..higher interest rates..support from IMF..me, I bought more TNE at 8 9/16..I got very used to averaging down in Brazil last AUG....Steve, I still do not understand the mirror group bids against TNE..will this help or hurt them? thanks..hang in there..today..we get the snow and sleet In NY.
