"RMBS warns"? They play it pretty conservative in their statements, the "flat earnings for the next quarter or two" isn't out of the ordinary for them. Morgan Stanley's "downgrade" is the standard scam -- upgrade the stock to a higher price target, and when it meets it, downgrade it back down to the same recommendation it was before. Any affect on MU tomorrow will be more related to today's Annual Meeting and related lofty pronouncements by MU management and its favored colluders (collusionists?) in the investment community rather than to RMBS's quarterly report, IMO.
