dug-- well, for the love of God dont qoute me on it<G>! 3com, at least to me, seems the unknown quantity in all this. nortel is busy pimping that ethernet derivative (WHEN will metcalfe give it the fuck up?!?!?!??!), CSCO seems pleased with netspeed, fujitsu is playing WSTL against ORCTF (as is LU). the big boys are pretty much spoken for. now, we might get something interesting out of an ALA/MOT merger, but its doubtful. i cant remember the last time anything interesting came out of either one<G>. and yes, i was selling today. good luck to all, trey
