Last time we fell back because there were no news to back the rumor up.. now we have seen the company taken concrete steps to make this happen. And I would highly doubt the NAVR CEO would eat his words about the 60day IPO filing deadline - he could be setting himself up for a lawsuit if that ever happened - again.. I don't believe so.. and I'm sure we'll see NAVR in the 20s, 30s in the days to come (within a month) Good luck guys
