We have been aware that someone, using a number of aliases, is posting false statements and false
allegations concerning Nutek Inc, and its management. We do not know why Nutek Inc, is the target
of these false postings, but can only suspect that someone desires to harm Nutek Inc, its
shareholders, or its management, or desires to adversely affect the value of Nutek Inc's shares for his
own gain.
Nutek Inc, considers this a very serious matter and is currently investigating, including using all
available means to identify the author of these false statements. Please be assured that Nutek Inc,
WILL take all legal steps to stop these false and malicious statements and hold the responsible
individual liable to the full extent of the law.
To all those who have ignored these allegations and retained their confidence in Nutek Inc, we thank
you. When our investigation is complete, we will keep you informed of the resulting legal action.
