CBS and Marketwatch vs Yahoo+INDI? I'll take my chances...

I think the Yahoo+INDI partnership will be just as powerful as the MKTW+CBS/DBCC alliance. INDI can stand on its own merits and it has a longer history; a magazine with 500,000+ circulation and a whole slew of other services such as its online web site, its own ticker symbol and many e-commerce deals in the works. Why is it hype? Southeast research just two days ago upgraded INDI because it was undervalued and set a price target of $8-$10 and will be revised upwards after the MKTW IPO. So at $10 3/8, you think its unwarranted? I disagree, $10 3/8 still seems rather low for a diversified company like INDI who earn their revenues by more ways than one whereas MKTW makes money purely on e-banners.
